Canaanite wine recipe revealed

Scientists revealed a 3,700 year-old luxurious wine recipe:
A chemical analysis from a wine cellar of an enormous Middle Bronze Age palace in Israel, shows that the wine jars contained: honey, mint, cedar, tree resins and cinnamon bark.
This wine cellar was part of a Canaanite palace in Tel Kabri, northern Israel.

Excavations were conducted by scientists from the George Washington University, Haifa University and Brandeis University.
