For its first time Tel-Aviv will host the main event of Israel's Heritage Week, with a Video Mapping show simultaneously screened on four buildings, at its former City Hall plaza in Bialik Street. The 3D presentation will offer spectators a glimpse into some of the country's heritage sites, with the Israeli national emblem - the historic seven-branched Menorah as its main theme. An artists' festival with Hanukkah activities and street shows will also take place at the nearby Gan Meir Park.
The main event in Tel-Aviv is free of charge and it is scheduled to take place on December 8-10, between 6:30-10:30 PM.

Across the country, Heritage Week will be marked on December 8-14 with special activities in some of the country's important National Heritage Sites, such as: Beit Shearim National Park, the Atlit Detention Camp, Katzrin Park and more.

The Heritage Week in Israel is a joint venture of the Landmarks program at the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage, Israel's Nature and Parks Authority, Israel Antiquities Authority, Society for Preservation of Israel Heritage Sites, Tel-Aviv Municipality and the Ministry of the Environment.
